Our first step is to order a title search and exam on the property for any title defects or liens that will need to be cleared in order to insure marketable title. As per the instructions from your realtor and/or lender we order any other services for the closing such as pest inspections or the survey. We then begin to prepare all of the final documents needed to conduct the closing and complete your transaction. All monies are then disbursed and all post-closing details are taken care of. Once all necessary documents are recorded in the public records of the county of the subject property your Owner’s policy and the Lender’s policy are issued.
